What’s the process?

Fill in the check in form and drop in your machine at our warehouse, or just fill in the check in form on drop off.

How long will it take?

Generally within 5 working days but this can vary a little depending on how busy our service department is at the time and the repairs required.

Do I need to pre-book?

No, just fill in our check in form and bring your machine in. If you have have not filled in the check in form or are unsure of the details, no problem, just bring in your machine and we can help you fill it in at drop off.

What machines do you service?

Most high end coffee machines and grinders, including, but not exclusive of Alex, Anfim, Bezzera, BFC, Compak, Diadema, ECM, Elektra, Eureka, Expobar, Faema, Gaggia (Classic model only), Grimac, Isomac, Kees Van Der Westen, Lelit, La Marzocco, La Pavoni, La Scala, Macap, Mazzer, Nuova Simonelli, Profitec, Quick Mill, Rancilio, Rocket, Slayer, Vibiemme (VBM), Wega

If your machine does not appear on the list above and you would like to check if we can service your machine please contact us.

What machines don’t you service?

We do not service bean to cup fully automatic machines (such as Jura, Miele, Saeco, etc), pod machines (such as Lavazza, LOR, Nespresso) or appliance brand coffee machines, such as Breville, De’Longi, Krups, Sunbeam, etc.

Can you pick up my machine?

Yes, we provide a pick up and return service within most of the Sydney metro area for a fee of $75, which includes both pick up and return of the machine but does not include service and/or repair costs.

Can I organise an in-house repair?

Yes, for larger machines that are too heavy or awkward to drop off at our warehouse, we can organise an in-house service.

The cost of this service includes a $75 call out fee plus regular service/repair costs.

Please note that we only service on site commercial machines that we have supplied.
